How to force page to fully load all JavaScript libraries before user interaction using jQuery

If your web page contains a lot of JavaScript libraries (local and external) then you may have come across a situation where the page may not behave as you may like it. Sometimes a JavaScript functionality stops working or you see the page validation does not seem to be working like it should. To work around this issue you can use the jQuery library to force the web page to fully load all libraries before allowing your user to interact with the page.

If you see the code below we are not using the normal document.ready() function. Instead we are using the window.bind() function which runs only when the page has loaded everything.
